Hi & Welcome Skoch.. first off, it's a good practice to Fix Permission before & after any SW update.. have you done that yet? Actually, I prefer to use Applejack, if you can even get it.. http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/19596 After installing, Reboot holding down CMD+s, then when the prompt shows, type in.. applejack AUTO Then let it do all 5 of it's things. At least if it doesn't fix it, it'll eliminate a few questions. Besides, once you really, really need it.. you can't install it! The 5 things it does is.. Correct any Disk problems. Repair Permissions. Clear out Cache Files. Repair/check several plist files. Dump the VM files for a fresh start.

Mozilla Firefox is a free, open source, cross-platform, graphical web browser developed by the Mozilla Corporation and hundreds of volunteers. The browser began as a fork of the Navigator component of the Mozilla Application Suite; Firefox has since become the foundation's main development focus (along with its Thunderbird mail and news client), and has replaced the Mozilla Suite as their official main software release. Firefox includes tabbed browsing, a spell checker, incremental find, live bookmarking, a download manager, and an integrated search system that uses the user's desired search engine. Functions can be added through add-ons created by third-party developers, the most popular of which include the NoScript JavaScript disabling utility, Tab Mix Plus customizer, FoxyTunes media player control toolbar, Adblock Plus ad blocking utility, StumbleUpon (website discovery), Foxmarks Bookmark Synchronizer (bookmark synchronizer), DownThemAll! download enhancer, and Web Developer toolbar.
